Adult Ministries at Alexis Baptist Church is a place to grow in your relationship with Christ while building meaningful relationships with others. Through Bible study, fellowship, service opportunities, and shared life experiences, adults are encouraged to deepen their faith, strengthen their families, and live out the Gospel in everyday life. Whether you are young adult, married, single, parent, or senior adult, there is a place for you to connect, grow, and serve.

NEIGHBORHOOD MISSIONS
Neighborhood Missions is a group of retired men who use their skills, wisdom, and experience to serve others and meet practical needs in our community. Through projects, outreach, and fellowship, these men seek to reflect the love of Christ by helping neighbors, encouraging families, and being a caring presence to those in need.
GOOD NEIGHBORS
Good Neighbors is our senior adult ministry for adults ages 50+. This welcoming community gathers for fellowship, encouragement, devotion, fun, and meaningful friendships in a Christ-centered atmosphere. Good Neighbors meets on the second Tuesday of each month and provides opportunities to grow spiritually while enjoying life together.
ALEXIS BAPTIST CARE TEAM - CARD MINISTRY
The Alexis Baptist Care Team shares the love of Christ through handmade cards, notes of encouragement, sympathy cards, and get-well wishes. This ministry regularly reaches out to shut-ins, college students, and others who could use encouragement and prayer. The team meets each Wednesday morning at 9:30 a.m. at the church.
ALEXIS RINGERS HANDBELL CHOIR
The Alexis Ringers Handbell Choir is a seasonal music ministry that leads others in worship during the Christmas and Easter seasons. Through handbell music, the choir seeks to glorify God and encourage others through worship opportunities both at church and within the community. Rehearsals are Sunday afternoons from 4:00–5:30 p.m., September through late April.
WIDOW / WIDOWERS BREAKFAST GROUP
Widow widower's breakfast group is a senior adult group that meets every month on the first Monday of each month. We travel on the church van to Stacey's breakfast in Denver. A short devotion is presented prior to the breakfast. Anyone in the surrounding communities is welcome to come and share Christian fellowship with people in like situation's.
QUILTING MINISTRY
Quilting ministry meets every first and third Tuesday of the month in the hut in the month of September through April with the exception of December. We make baby quilts and lap quilts, which we donate to various charities such as crisis Pregnancy Center, Gaston Baptist Association, nursing homes, etc. It is our desire to help and shared comfort to all who have a need. Anyone who is interested in this ministry is welcome.
MUSIC MINISTRY
The Music Ministry at Alexis Baptist Church exists to lead others in worship and make much of Jesus through music. Whether serving in the worship team or adult choir, this ministry provides opportunities to use musical gifts to encourage the church and point people to Christ through worship. TECH TEAM
The Tech Team Ministry supports worship services by helping create a smooth and engaging worship experience both in-person and online. Team members serve through sound, presentation software, lyrics and graphics, livestream production, videography, and other behind-the-scenes technical roles. Whether you are experienced or willing to learn, there is a place for you to serve using technology to help share the Gospel and support worship each week.

Small Groups at Alexis provide opportunities for people of all ages—from preschoolers to senior adults—to grow in their faith, study God’s Word, build meaningful relationships, and encourage one another in everyday life.
